Our promise

KUROI stands behind every piece we make with a full money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item to us. Once we receive and inspect it and everything is in order, we will refund the full amount you paid for that item.

How it works

Contact us at hello@kuroiapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return.
Send the item back to us. Please make sure it is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Once we receive it, our team inspects the item.
If everything checks out, we issue a full refund of the item price to your original payment method.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of shipping the item back to us is covered by you, the buyer. If the item arrived faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong product, KUROI will cover the return shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after we have inspected and approved the returned item. The refund covers the price of the item; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Funds are returned to your original payment method (GoPay, OVO, DANA, or the bank/card used at checkout) and may take additional time to appear depending on your provider.

Condition and exclusions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify.
