Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your safety

  • Kuroi is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Washed, worn, or damaged items

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Items returned due to size errors or change of mind
